Our Delivery Options

Your delivery price is based upon the total cost of your order. Delivery timescale varies upon stock and other environmental factors.

Please note, we do not advise booking in any tradesperson until you have received and checked your order as delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delivery Times

Most deliveries are between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday – Saturday except Bank Holidays. Deliveries are done in post code order, therefore it is difficult to give a specific time slot. Our delivery drivers will typically call you on the day of delivery to let you know when they will arrive with your goods. Whilst we request that all our customers are called on the day of delivery, the drivers are not contractually obliged to do this.

Kerbside Delivery

All our deliveries are Kerb Side Only. Tilebase delivery drivers are for assistance and are not insured to enter your property. Please ensure you have sufficient staff available to unload your items.

The delivery driver cannot help handle the goods, so it is essential for you to arrange for a responsible individual to be present. Somebody must be available to accept, sign for and safely store the goods as required. We recommend arranging for help to immediately move your order into your property.


Please ensure that goods are inspected upon delivery. Once delivery note is signed, discrepancies will not be accepted. Customers must inform us directly (in addition to signing the delivery note) within 48 hours of delivery if any of their goods have been damaged.

Returns and Cancellations

For order cancellations, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied. Please contact  [email protected] as soon as possible.

If you wish to return your goods, it must be done within 28 days. A 25-35% restocking charge will be applied, items must be in original packaging. We do not accept returns on Special Order items.
