We at Tilebase are more than happy to refund any unwanted purchases provided goods are returned within 28 days of receipt date.

This only applies to:
- Full, undamaged packs of stocked tiles (10% of total purchases only)
- Trims and other non-chemical-based products
- Bathroom products (25% restocking fee will apply)
- We do not offer refunds on special order tiles and bathroom products
- Refunds will not be processed without the original purchase invoice
- Single tiles will not be refunded
- During promotions there may be additional terms and conditions applied to our refund policy (ask a member of staff for details at the time of purchase)
- A 30% cancellation fee will be applied on all orders.
All items should be unpacked and inspected once you have received your goods. Should you find any faults or discrepancies with your purchase prior to fitting, please let us know immediately.
Once products have been fitted or worked on, we will be unable to refund or exchange your purchase. We do not offer compensation for labour or fitting charges.
Tilebase will not under any circumstances entertain any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery. We always recommend that you do not book a tiler, decorator or other workman until goods have been delivered and inspected.
Once our warehouse has received and checked your return, we will begin processing your refund. Your refund can take up to 10 working days from date of us receiving your order. Pease note the method of refund must be the same as the method of payment.
